I’m excited as I just got an offer from Melbourne University (Victorian College of the Arts) for the Graduate Certificate in Visual Arts.
Made the deadline and posted my Sketchbook to the Brooklyn Art Library on 30th Jan.
My theme is Fill Me With Stories, which I found really fun. Images are not in order, so story will not make sense here.
Had a great night at the opening of the Studio Art Exhibition at the VCA on 18th October.
It is a real kick seeing your own work hanging in a gallery for the first time.
I made some wall art with contact this week, oh and also used some wool.
Posted my finished sketchbook to the Art House Co-op today,
just in time for my holiday to Phillip Island tomorrow.
This started off as a page in my Sketchbook Project, but also did a version as digital art.

Am very excited to receive a copy of the Autumn 2010 U.S. Magazine Somerset Digital Studio which includes my digital layout “Sophie’s Lane”.
Just started the Sketchbook Project for the Brooklyn Art Library, there are over 17,000 people doing this worldwide.
Am going to rebind sketchbook with thicker paper suitable for mixed media, but will do that at the end when all pages are done. Here is my first page using paint, ink and pencil, not sure whether to add more detail or leave as is.
